You’re in the perfect place to start, no experience needed.

The Live Coaching Program is ideal for beginners.
You’ll learn the basic fundamentals live with a teacher, gain confidence in your movement, and understand the classical Pilates method step by step. Classes are organized by levels, so you always know exactly where to begin.

Everything you learn in the live sessions, you’ll then repeat and practice inside the Self-Practice Program.
Learn live, repeat with the recorded classes — this combination helps you progress faster, feel more confident, and truly understand the method.

Do I need Pilates equipment?

No, you don’t! We offer Mat classes that require no equipment, along with classes using Pilates accessories and Pilates equipment for added variety.


What’s the difference between the Self-Practice Program and the Live Coaching Program?

Self-Practice Program
Recorded classes you can follow anytime, plus step-by-step guidance to learn the classical Pilates method.

Live Coaching Program
Includes everything in Self-Practice plus weekly livestream classes with a Pilates teacher, focusing on different topics each week with live corrections and real-time guidance.

Can I follow the program if I have injuries or limited mobility?


Yes! Pilates is highly adaptable and can be modified to suit your body.
Our programs guide you to move safely and mindfully, and the Live Coaching classes give you real-time guidance and corrections so you can adjust exercises to your needs.

Can I Watch Videos on My Phone or Tablet Without Using an App?

Yes! Our website is fully optimized for phone and tablet browsers, allowing you to watch content anytime, anywhere.

Why Is My Credit Card Being Declined?

How do I cancel?
If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.
