If you don’t have a black strap for the classical mat, try these alternatives:

  1. Magic Circle Hack – Place the magic circle outside your ankles and press outward. This creates resistance, helping you activate your core more effectively.

  2. Resistance Band Support – Wrap a resistance band around your feet and hold the ends. This adds resistance and support, making roll-ups smoother and more controlled.
