Live Coaching Program
Includes everything in Self-Practice plus weekly livestream classes with a Pilates teacher, focusing on different topics each week with live corrections and real-time guidance.

What equipment do I need?

You can attend all classes with just a mat; no extra equipment is required.


For added challenge, variety, and deeper work, you’re welcome to use optional Pilates accessories such as a magic circle, foam roller, light weights, or barrels. Still, they are not necessary to start or progress.

What if I haven’t done Pilates before?

You’re in the perfect place to start — no experience needed.

The Live Coaching Program is ideal for beginners.
You’ll learn the basic fundamentals live with a teacher, gain confidence in your movement, and understand the classical Pilates method step by step. Classes are organized by levels, so you always know exactly where to begin.

Everything you learn in the live sessions, you’ll then repeat and practice inside the Self-Practice Program.
